Your event at the DGNB Living Showroom for sustainable building

The DGNB Living Showroom is available to hire for anyone wishing to organise a sustainable event in Stuttgart. A variety of options are available to suit different event formats and group sizes. A guided tour of the office with a DGNB member of staff is also available on request. This is an offer that is now popular not only with DGNB members. 

Please note: As some furniture deliveries are still pending, we are currently unable to provide definitive details on seating capacity in the overview below. Please do get in touch. We’d be happy to advise you.

Forum

  • approx. 100 m²
  • Due to the layout and acoustic considerations, this offer is only available for seated events with up to 40 guests. For larger events, please book the combined 'Forum and Cafeteria' package, which allows seating for more than 40 people.

  • Row seating with an aisle (up to 40 seats)
  • Parliamentary style (26 seats)
  • U-shape (24 seats)

  • Portable screen

  • Lectern3 high tables (subject to availability)

  • Flipchart (subject to availability)

  • Coat rail (subject to availability)

Please note: we do not provide a microphone system in the rooms on offer. Should you require additional technical equipment or support for your event, the organiser will need to arrange this with an external service provider. We would be happy to assist with these arrangements.

2The full-day room hire is valid for eight hours. An additional 50 euros will be charged for each further hour.

Forum and Caféteria

  • approx. 160 m²; in addition, the meeting room directly adjacent to it (approx. 32 m2) can be booked as well (for breakout sessions, workshops or similar)
  • for groups of up to 80 people (depending on the seating arrangement; including standing room)
