Implementing sustainability criteria can also increase the value of a property and preserve it in the long term – long-term usability is also a prerequisite for ensuring that buildings are and remain fit for the future.

The DGNB seminars on "ESG and Future Reliability" will cover the social and governance aspects of ESG, the assessment and financing of real estate with regard to climate change impacts, the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the system for sustainability requirements in planning competitions (SNAP).
