The basic course 'Sustainable ESG-compliant real estate management' provides you with an overview of regulatory requirements at national and European level, including the European Green Deal, the EU taxonomy and the SFDR disclosure regulation. You will gain an understanding of how to ensure compliance and safely manage potential risks. You will also gain an insight into the positive impact that sustainable property management can have when you systematically optimise and manage existing buildings in an ESG-compliant manner.
The course will be held in German.
With the expert course "Sustainable, ESG-compliant real estate management", which builds on the basic course contents, you will deepen what you have learned and acquire the necessary know-how to be able to implement optimisation strategies for existing buildings in practice.
