Arrival with public transport

Directions from Stuttgart Main Station ("Hauptbahnhof")
Travel time: 2 minutes. Additional walking time: 8 minutes.

At the main station please follow the S-Bahn sign. Please take one of the following lines at the platform 101:

- S1 to Herrenberg
- S2 to Filderstadt
- S3 to Flughafen/Messe
- S4/S5/S6 to Schwabstraße

Leave the train at the next station "Stadtmitte". Follow the signs towards "Rotebühlstraße/Fritz-Elsas-Straße/Calwer Straße".

After the stairs go straight and take the exit „Sophienstraße". At the exit go straight and follow the street "Sophienstraße" about 350 metres. Please turn right into the street "Tübinger Straße". Follow the street about 250 metres until you arrive at no. 43 (across from the church).

 

Directions from Stuttgart-Echterdingen airport
Travel time: 35 minutes. Additional walking time: 8 minutes.

Once you arrive to Stuttgart airport please follow the S-Bahn sign. Please take one of the following S-Bahn lines: S2 to Schorndorf or S3 to Backnang. Leave the train at "Stadtmitte" (next station after "Feuersee"). Follow the signs towards "Rotebühlstraße/Fritz-Elsas-Straße/Calwer Straße".

Arrival by bycicle

Just off the building there is a "Call a Bike"-Station (crossing "Tübinger Straße"/"Paulinenstraße"; under the bridge). Bikes can be used for free for 30 minutes after a registration. Additionally you can find public bicycle stand along "Tübinger Straße".

 

Arrival by car

From the motorway A81 you arrive at the DGNB office in about 20 minutes, from the motorway A8 in about 15 minutes. You can find some parking spots in front of the building. Additional parking area is located under the bridge on the left hand side of the building ("parking Österreichischer Platz), in the shoppingcenter "Gerber" in the street "Sophienstraße" or in the car park "WGV-Versicherungen" in the street "Feinstraße". A fee is required for all the parking area.
