Ten years ago, in June 2007, the DGNB was founded. What followed was an unprecedented development. Since 2007, the DGNB has become one of the fastest growing civil-society organisations in Germany. Today, it is just as fresh as it was ten years ago, working relentlessly, continually thinking ahead, taking courageous action, questioning the status-quo, and acting as a catalyst for change.
As Europe's largest network for sustainable building, we are a strong community. We have 1,200 member organisations, 500 voluntary experts, and 40 employees on our team. They are all part of our success story. It is our drive – to continue this success story - today and in the future.
As part of the anniversary celebration "10 Years DGNB" on June 28 in Berlin, we have interviewd Tai Lee Siang, the Chair of Board of the World Green Building Council.
