International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment

Ever since EXPO REAL 2008, the Federal Chamber of German Architects (BAK) and the DGNB have presented their expertise in the future market of sustainable construction at a joint stall. At EXPO REAL 2012, this cooperation is being successfully continued for the fifth time. The trade fair stall has won multiple awards in previous years, e.g. the red dot award, the Designpreis iF communication design award and the DDC Deutscher Designer Club award.

Under this year's motto “Sustainable Architecture: a System for Success”, the DGNB and BAK presented an interesting lecture programme on sustainability in planning.

In addition, the latest DGNB certified projects were being presented and awarded at the 2012 trade fair. The award ceremonies took place daily between 1 and 2 pm at our trade fair stall and, if requested, at the stall of the respective award-winner. On Tuesday, two international projects from China and Turkey received a DGNB Pre-certificate.
